Jacksons Restaurant Rotisserie Bar in Southpointe is hosting Wine Down Fridays, every Friday through September! From 7-11 p.m., perch on the patio, rain or shine, and savor signature food tastings and wine flights. Start with the shrimp appetizer — three marinated and dusted fried shrimp, tossed with a Sriracha bourbon glaze, and a cucumber radish relish. For your entrée, go for the 16-ounce lamb shank. It’s braised for three hours and served with Tabouleh, brown butter artichoke hearts, and sautéed olive medley, served with natural lamb jus.
