Opening to the public on April 20, The National Aviary’s latest attraction allows participants to experience the swooping, gliding, and diving motions of a bird in flight — complete with the wing flapping required to make it happen! The virtual flight simulator, made in partnership with Pittsburgh International Airport, will take guests soaring over New York City and exploring other fun scenes. If you can’t make it to the Aviary’s permanent exhibit, check Birdly out next month as it travels to Pittsburgh International Airport in conjunction with its summer launch of multiple, new low-cost carrier nonstop flights.
