As the grand finale to its 40th Anniversary Season, the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre hosted the Swan Lake Soiree following an afternoon viewing of the incomparable ballet, Swan Lake. Held at the luxuriously chic Piatt Place Penthouse, 140 ballet enthusiasts were meeting and mingling with the talented dancers and musicians seen on-stage, and enjoying delectable fare, sophisticated drinks, and music, courtesy of student-harpist Miriam Adams. More than $13,800 was raised to benefit the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre’s 40th Anniversary Season. “It was a great venue and wonderful timing after a weekend of Swan Lake performances,” says Terrence S. Orr, Artistic Director of the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. “It was also wonderful to see our supporters there and to enjoy their company.”
