The Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport is introducing a new food strategy which focuses on providing healthy food and beverage options for Hyatt guests and associates. Hyatt is embarking on the journey to become the first global hospitality brand to enforce a long-term commitment to sustainable, local foods. The new “Stay Fit Cuisine” menu options feature foods such as organic produce, hormone-free milk, and natural bacon. Sustainable seafood will be included in the menu, while the use of beef and other fatty meats will be decreased. “At Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh, we want to meet the needs of the present generation without compromising what’s best for future generations,” says General Manager of Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh, Nancy Dudak. “We believe we have a responsibility to ensure that our dishes are thoughtfully sourced and carefully served.”
