Flower power! More than 300 people gathered for the fourth annual Sunflower POWER, an artsy party at PerLora in South Side benefiting Pennsylvania Organization for Women in Early Recovery. Colorful models paraded as high-fashion art, their hair styled by Izzazu Salon and inspired by The Hunger Games. New this year was the Chairs 4 Charity auction, featuring seven local artists who painted upholstered chairs in support of the cause. “Guests were bidding excitedly over the one-of-a-kind chairs. And, 100 percent of the proceeds benefited POWER,” says Sunflower POWER Co-Chair Mary Prezioso. —Andrea Bosco
