WHIRL Shop Talk: Walnut Grill Wexford

Keely Singer, Greg Macaluso

Walnut Grill Wexford and WHIRL Magazine teamed up for the first ever Ladies Night Kick-Off Party, benefiting the Crisis Center North. The evening included an extended happy hour, Skinny Girl Vodka “Karma-tinis,” half-off speciality martinis, and “girly” gift card giveaways! Local musician Keely Singer performed prior to the raffle. “Overall, it was a great success,” says Walnut Grill General Manager Mike Puschaver. A portion of the proceeds were donated to the crisis center, with which Puschaver says the restaurant frequently partners. —Andrea Bosco
