Home on the Range [Inside the Photo Shoot]
The expansive, rolling hills and pastures surrounding Keepsake Arabians Equestrian Center provided the perfect backdrop for this photo shoot, driven by the simple, surprising, and always stunning sky. From absolutely amazing twilight colors that transitioned into translucent, quick-moving clouds, the sky put on quite the show for us the morning of our shoot (no post-production enhancements here!). These pages feature photos of model Dawn Nowry in and around the stables, which are home to foals, purebred Arabian, and half-Arabian horses. The gorgeous creatures are under the care of owner Faye Sampson, trainer and manager Debbie Reid, and trainer Nicole Spinella. From the impeccably clean stables to the seven fields, surrounded by wood and diamond-mesh fencing, location inspiration came from all directions. Special thanks to Sampson, her team of trainers and handlers, and of course, the very photogenic horses.
