To commence her Paint the Town project in Pittsburgh, nationally syndicated radio host Delilah launched her efforts to paint several building exteriors in Lawrenceville with a luncheon at the Duquesne Club. The following day, she joined local volunteers for the paint project that’s inspired her listeners to improve their communities. “We are very thankful to Delilah for bringing ‘Paint The Town’ to Pittsburgh, giving a great community like Lawrenceville a new dog park and mural, as well as painting buildings along Liberty Avenue with the help of some terrific volunteers. Those who attended our invitation-only luncheon saw her passion for community and the welfare of children first-hand. She is an inspiration to us all,” says Alan Serena, vice president and general manager of Renda Broadcasting Corporation. —Andrea Bosco
