Grow Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh Center for the Arts teamed up for the third annual A Taste of Grow Pittsburgh, where dozens of restaurants that utilize organic produce served tasty offerings! Newcomers Salt of the Earth and The Porch at Schenley joined this year’s star-studded roster. As Grow Pittsburgh’s largest fundraiser, the event and organization aim to bring the Edible Schoolyard program to local elementary schools. “This was by far our best A Taste of Grow Pittsburgh yet,” says Grow Pittsburgh Executive Director Julie Butcher Pezzino. “Our chef supporters prepared the most delicious tastings, the music was fabulous, and the weather was perfect. I can hardly wait for next year — this event is not to be missed!”—Andrea Bosco
