As the grand finale to its 40th Anniversary Season, the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre hosted the Swan Lake Soiree following an afternoon viewing of the incomparable ballet, Swan Lake. Held at the luxuriously chic Piatt Place Penthouse, 140 ballet enthusiasts were meeting and mingling with the talented dancers and musicians seen on-stage, and enjoying delectable fare, sophisticated drinks, and music, courtesy of student-harpist Miriam Adams. More than $13,800 was raised to benefit the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre’s 40th Anniversary Season.
She has performed in The Arrivals, Rattlebone, and Velvet Purr, and now, Ronda Zegarelli, who goes by Ronda, debuts her solo CD, Reverie, this month. “I wanted the title of the CD to mean something special to me because it is dedicated to my late husband, Rod Underwood,” she says.
This month, the Pittsburgh CLO showcases a number of fun, musical, and entertaining shows for audiences of all ages at the Benedum Center.
